Wellness travel isn’t just trending—it’s becoming a staple of the modern hotel experience. Take Proper Hotels’ latest innovation: Proper Club, an exclusive members’ club centered around well-being (you can read our full review of their savvy Recovery Suite here).
Joining the holistic force push is Drift Hotels, the design-forward hospitality brand with properties in Santa Barbara, San José del Cabo, Nashville, and Palm Springs, now partnering with FORM, the beloved digital fitness platform created by wellness entrepreneur and content creator Sami Clarke.

Rooted in the philosophy that “the way we travel is the way we should live,” Drift’s collaboration with FORM brings thoughtful, in-room movement kits and guided workouts to each of its locations, allowing guests to prioritize wellness without sacrificing style or spontaneity.
With its calming aesthetic and intentional approach to movement, FORM aligns with Drift’s ethos of living well and slowing down. (I, like many, was first introduced to Clarke’s workouts via Instagram Lives during the height of lockdown—and they’ve only gotten better since.)
Below, Clarke talks about the story behind FORM, how the Drift Hotels partnership came to life, and which workouts she’s pairing with each hotel destination.

Why was Drift the right first hotel partner for FORM’s in-room fitness program?
“Drift felt like such a natural first partner for us because they prioritize thoughtful, intentional experiences for their travelers, which aligns so seamlessly with FORM’s mission. We’re always looking to meet people where they are, and Drift’s beautifully designed, wellness-minded spaces offer the perfect environment to make movement accessible and inspiring, even while on the road.”

What is it about Drift’s locations that makes them such a natural fit for wellness-minded travelers?
“Each Drift property is grounded in a sense of place rooted in nature, culture, and design, which we love. Whether it's the coastal energy of Santa Barbara or the tropical feeling of Cabo, the properties encourage slowing down, being present, and living well. That energy mirrors what we aim to offer through FORM, a grounded, elevated approach to movement that supports both the body and mind.”

Walk us through the FORM fitness kits that are available in each room. If you could match a specific FORM workout with each Drift property, what would that pairing look like and why?
“Each Drift room is outfitted with a custom FORM fitness kit that includes a set of resistance bands, a set of light weights, and ankle weights, everything you need to do hundreds of FORM workouts. For Drift Santa Barbara, we’d pair it with one of our signature “Pilates Sculpt” workouts, the pace and strength match the calm, coastal vibe. For Drift Cabo, we’d opt for a strength & sweat series, something energizing and spicy to match the vibrant, sunny setting. Each location evokes a different feeling, and we love helping guests tap into that energy through intentional movement.”

For those who don’t know your story—what inspired you to launch FORM, and what sets it apart in the digital fitness space?
“FORM was born from a desire to make movement something you genuinely want to do, not something you have to do. We wanted to create a platform that feels warm, welcoming, and supportive, rooted in community and connection. What sets us apart is our intentionality. Every class is designed with both body and energy in mind, and our aesthetic reflects the calming, elevated feeling we want our community to carry into their everyday lives.”

Drift embodies a modern, laidback bohemian vibe, while FORM merges movement with design. How do these two brands align in their shared approach to lifestyle, wellness, and aesthetics?
“Both FORM and Drift share a commitment to creating space, space to slow down, to move with intention, and to live beautifully. We both believe that wellness isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence. Showing up for yourself wherever you're at. It’s a partnership rooted in shared values, and we couldn’t be more excited about it!”
