Kristine resides near Lake Michigan’s shoreline in Milwaukee and is the author of two books (Wisconsin Farmers and Farmers Markets: Tours, Trails and Attractions and Wisconsin Cheese Cookbook: Creamy, Cheesy, Sweet, and Savory Recipes from the State’s Best Creameries) as well as a contributor to Architectural Digest, Fodor’s Travel, and National Geographic. When not boarding planes or packing for a road trip she’s obsessed with knitting using local fibers, practicing Iyengar yoga or baking somewhat healthy treats in the kitchen.
